One company responsible for the whole installation.
Survey, design, equipment supply, pipework, pressure testing and commissioning with our own engineers. If there is a problem, you call us.
We do not subcontract the core installation work.
We are equally comfortable with a single workshop air drop or a multi-compressor production facility.
- Compressed air system design and specification
- Compressor and equipment supply
- Distribution pipework: aluminium, steel and copper
- Compressor room layout and fit-out
- Equipment bases and anti-vibration mounting
- Ventilation and heat exhaust ducting
- Condensate drainage and treatment
- Control panel integration and compressor controls
- Pressure testing and commissioning
- PSSR 2000 documentation
- Electrical supply coordination
- Project management for larger installations
Three materials, and honest advice on which to use
Aluminium push-fit
Our standard recommendation for most new installations. Lightweight, corrosion-free, quick to install and simple to modify. Push-fit connections rather than threaded or welded.
Stainless steel
Where corrosion resistance, hygiene or long-term bore cleanliness matter: food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical processing. More expensive to fabricate and install.
Copper and stainless
Specified for food-grade, pharmaceutical and medical installations, and for instrument air needing the highest quality bore finish.
Sized for today, with headroom for growth.
Every installation starts with understanding your demand: how much air you need, at what pressure, with what air quality, and at which points around your site. We survey your facility, review existing equipment, and design for current needs with headroom for future growth.
Energy efficiency is built in from the start: correctly sized equipment, well-routed pipework with minimum pressure drop and, where appropriate, VSD compressors and heat recovery.
Compressor rooms
Bases, ventilation design and ducting, condensate drainage, electrical coordination and controls. Acoustic treatment and enclosure advice where noise is a concern.
Upgrades
Added capacity, reconfigured ring mains, better air treatment, VSD retrofits, and integrating new machinery.
Some projects need more than standard equipment
Custom control logic, building management integration, remote monitoring or specialist high-pressure equipment need an engineering team, not just a distributor.
Bespoke control panels
Designed and manufactured at our High Wycombe facility to client specification, with sequencing, alarm monitoring and remote telemetry.
Remote monitoring
Real-time pressure, flow, energy, dewpoint and equipment status on mobile, tablet or PC. BMS integration available.
Bespoke pneumatics
Custom systems and sub-assemblies for OEM machine builders, backed by our Parker Hannifin distributor relationship.
100 bar+
Reavell high-pressure compressors and specialist systems for demanding applications.

Installation FAQ
Do you handle project management?
Yes. For larger installations: coordination with electrical and building contractors, programme management, progress reporting and full handover documentation, working within operational facilities where downtime must be minimised.
Can you work with our existing system?
Yes. We assess what you have before recommending what to change.
Planning an installation or a bespoke project?
Describe it and we will tell you what it needs.
